How Our Classes Are Run

Kids train with their own age

We run four separate age groups: 3 to 4, 5 to 6, 7 to 9, and 10 to 12. A four-year-old and an eleven-year-old need different things from a class. Younger kids need short instructions and frequent changes of activity. Older kids can hold a correction in their head and work on it for ten minutes.

Put them in the same room and one group is bored while the other is lost. So we do not.

The first class

Your child will not be asked to perform in front of anyone on day one. New students spend the first class learning where to stand, how to bow, and one or two basic movements. That is all.

Some kids join in right away. Some stand at the edge and watch most of it. Both are normal, and neither gets singled out for it.

What we are actually teaching

The kicks are the visible part. The part that shows up at home is quieter: your child learning to try something they are bad at, in front of other people, without quitting.

That carries over. Parents tend to notice it at homework time before they notice it in class.

Kids only

We do not teach adults, and we do not run family classes. Everything on the schedule was built for children, which changes how long a class runs and how an instructor talks.

The free 14-day trial

Two weeks, no cost, no obligation. Long enough for your child to work out whether they like it, and for you to watch how a class is actually run. If it is not a fit you stop, and you owe nothing.
